Hope Bridge Foundation is a registered, non-profit, community-driven organization founded in Mogadishu, Somalia with a mission to restore dignity, hope, and opportunity to the most vulnerable. Established on 20th August 2022, the foundation builds on the values of compassion, inclusivity, and sustainability, and works across all regions of Somalia to address the pressing challenges facing marginalized populations.
At Hope Bridge Foundation, we are committed to reaching the most vulnerable groups within Somali society, ensuring that no one is left behind. Our programs are carefully designed to uplift and empower orphans, displaced families, single teenage mothers, persons with disabilities, and other marginalized communities.
